White-label analytics overflow for agencies.
I take the data work your team cannot absorb.
What I take and what I don't
I take
- Data cleanup, deduplication and reconciliation
- SQL and database work: queries, procedures, performance
- Power BI and Tableau dashboards, from a spec or from a mess
- Reporting automation and data migration
I don't
- Anything client-facing under my own name
- Front-end, app development, brand or creative
- Staff augmentation by the month. This is task work
- Work I do not think will hold up. You hear that before the invoice
How a task runs
You send one task
What landed, when it is due, and roughly what the data looks like.
Your NDA, then a fixed number
I sign yours. Scope and price are agreed before any work begins.
I build it in your house style
Your naming, templates and repo, so it reads as your team's work.
You deliver it
With handover notes, so you can answer questions in six months without me.
If the data is regulated, say so first. How I handle client data
Questions agencies ask
What does a first task usually look like?
Something small and real: a dashboard page to rebuild, a dataset that will not reconcile, a failing refresh. Small enough that a miss costs a few hours.
How do you handle revisions?
Revisions inside the agreed scope are not extra. If the client changes what they want, that is a new scope and a new number, agreed with you first.
What if something goes wrong after delivery?
If it is my defect, I fix it without billing for it. You cannot go back to your client and explain that the correction was extra.
Do you compete with us?
No. My direct clients are small businesses. I never approach agency clients or take work that reaches me through an agency, and I will sign your non-solicit first.
What you can check before you trust me with a client
Volunteer work is anonymized as agreed. Independent projects use public or synthetic data, with methods, results and limits published:
- National Health Workforce Registry volunteer project
- Dispatch Optimizer synthetic benchmark
- Fair Lending Lab public mortgage data
Send me the piece that is slipping.

$85/hour against a cap you set, or a fixed price per task, most between $1,500 and $5,000. Usually within a week. No minimum, no retainer.
